Where We Ship TIME Bicycles Europe A.S. ships to all European Union member states as well as 27 non-EU European countries, including Switzerland, Norway, and others across the continent.

What We Ship Our products are framesets (frame and fork), shipped securely boxed to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Timeframes We offer products that may be in production at the time of order. As a result, we are unable to guarantee specific shipping dates. Once your order is ready and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping Costs Shipping is charged at a flat rate, calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Carriers We ship via DHL and FedEx. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU Countries) For orders shipped to non-EU European countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway), customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
